Design research on vacuum cleaning system of digital power plants

According to the characteristics of complex composition, multi interface, many environmental factors and limited piping layout space for vacuum cleaning system in coal-fired power plants, proposes a collaborative digital design method. Based on an engineering project, compares traditional auto-CAD design with digital design. The results show that the digital design can supply more comprehensive layout information and shorten the working time under the circumstances of high drawing efficiency, despite of more drawing quantity, which helps designers to optimize design scheme and improve the design level, and benefits reviewers to propose intuitively examination opinion for layout optimization and improve the examination efficiency.
